Today, UD Las Palmas unveiled the first kit that the team will wear in the 2024/25 season through its official channels.
UD Las Palmas has launched the first kit for the 2024/25 season, a commemorative shirt for the club's 75th anniversary, designed to pay tribute to the rich history of the institution. This special design is inspired by the outfits worn by our players in the mid to late 1990s, with a nostalgic and respectful nod to those golden years.
The most distinctive feature of this commemorative shirt is the Canary Island Pintaderas on the sleeves, representing a cultural and heritage symbol of the Canary Islands. To accurately capture the style of the 90s jerseys, our technical sponsor Hummel has developed a fabric with a strong impact graphic print and subtle matte effect, providing an authentic and retro appearance.
One of the most carefully crafted details of this garment is the collar, which adopts a polo style with a button, evoking the fashion of classic football shirts of that era. Additionally, the shirt features the 75th-anniversary logo at the bottom, highlighting the importance and celebration of this significant milestone.
