INTRODUCTION AND DATA OF THE HOLDERS

This constitutes the Legal Notice and General Contracting Conditions that regulate the access, navigation and use of the services offered by www.udlaspalmas.es (hereinafter "the Website").

In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the identifying data of the holders of the services provided from this website are exposed below:

Collaborator: LaLiga Global International, S.L. (hereinafter, "LaLiga"), with N.I.F. number B-05421805 and registered office at Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043 Madrid.

LaLiga is a company duly incorporated under Spanish law, which is majority-owned by the National Professional Football League.

1. LALIGA SERVICES

LaLiga will implement a unique registration and login system (LaLiga Single Sign-On) that allows the User to access an environment created by LaLiga (LaLiga Ecosystem) and integrated by several applications and websites, both of the Club and of the affiliated football clubs with which LaLiga maintains collaboration agreements, with the aim of allowing the User to enjoy a series of advantages. Each user receives a unique identifier so that any selection or modification of preferences or request for deletion made in one of the applications or websites that are part of the ecosystem will affect the rest of the LaLiga Ecosystem environment and the entities that make it up.

Through the Club's Single Sign-On, a unique "fan profile" is created in all channels (assets) connected to the Club Ecosystem, which is shared by all entities responsible for these assets (applications and websites of LaLiga, applications and websites of affiliated clubs, etc.).

2. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1 Minors

No age requirement is needed to navigate the Website. To register on the website, you must be over 14 years old.

2.2 Cookies

2.3 Link policy

The Website makes available to Users technical linking devices (such as, among others, links, banners, buttons), directories and search tools that allow Users to access websites belonging and/or managed by third parties (hereinafter, "Linked Sites"). The installation of these links, directories and search tools on the Website is solely intended to facilitate Users' search and access to information, content and services available on the Internet.

The search results provided by third parties are a direct result of the automatic functioning of technical mechanisms, and UD LAS PALMAS cannot control these results or the appearance of Internet sites whose contents may be illegal, contrary to morality or good manners, or deemed inappropriate for other reasons. If a User considers that one of the sites included in the search results contains illegal activity or information and is interested in requesting the removal of the link, they can initiate the procedure by notifying UD LAS PALMAS at the following address: info@udlaspalmas.es.

UD LAS PALMAS does not offer or market, either directly or through third parties, the information, content, and services available on Linked Sites, nor does it control them beforehand, approve, recommend, monitor, or endorse them. Therefore, the User must exercise caution in evaluating and using the information, content, and services available on Linked Sites.

UD LAS PALMAS does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for damages of any kind that may result from:

(a) The operation, availability, accessibility, or continuity of Linked Sites;

(b) The maintenance of the information, content, and services available on Linked Sites;

(d) The quality, legality, reliability, and usefulness of the information, content, and services available on Linked Sites.

In the event that the user accesses the embedded YouTube videos on this website, they agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service available here.

2.4 Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Website

The Website and the different elements that make it up, such as databases, computer applications, trademarks, logos, photographs, excerpts of audiovisual works, graphic designs, or any others, are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights of which UD LAS PALMAS is the exclusive owner or assignee to the extent required. This Legal Notice does not imply the transfer or transmission to the User of any intellectual or industrial property rights over the Website or any of its component elements. The User is expressly prohibited from carrying out acts of reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, forwarding, or exploitation by any means or procedure of the Website or its component elements, except in cases where it is legally permitted or with the express written authorization of UD LAS PALMAS.

The User may view and obtain a temporary private copy of the Content available through the Website for their exclusive personal and private use on their computer systems, provided that it is not for the purpose of developing commercial or professional activities. The User must refrain from circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technological measures adopted by UD LAS PALMAS to restrict acts that do not have the authorization of UD LAS PALMAS or third-party rights holders over protected works or performances accessible through the Website. The User must respect at all times all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website, whether owned by UD LAS PALMAS or third parties.

2.5 Disclaimer of Website Responsibility

UD LAS PALMAS excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Website, to the frustration of the usefulness that Users may have attributed to the Website, to the fallibility of the Website, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the various web pages of the Website. UD LAS PALMAS excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or other elements on the Website that may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of the Users. UD LAS PALMAS has no obligation to monitor and does not monitor the use that Users make of the Website. In particular, UD LAS PALMAS does not guarantee that Users use the Website in accordance with this Legal Notice, nor that they do so diligently and prudently. UD LAS PALMAS also has no obligation to verify and does not verify the identity of Users, nor the truthfulness, validity, completeness, and/or authenticity of the data provided by Users.

2.6 User Obligations

The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, and any other notices, rules of use, and instructions brought to their attention.

3. Definitions and Description of the Service

UD LAS PALMAS sells "merchandising" of the club remotely. This is what we will call "The Service" hereinafter. "The User" is the person who browses the website without using the Services. "The Client" is the User who, in addition to browsing the Website, uses the Services. In these cases, we assume that the Client acts as an end consumer and does not resell these products.

4. Geographic Scope of the Service

Our Service covers the entire national territory, Ceuta; Melilla, the Balearic and Canary Islands. We do not currently ship outside the national territory, so any order outside this geographic scope will not be accepted by UD LAS PALMAS and will be communicated to the Client.

5. Minors

No age requirement is necessary to browse the Website. However, for the contracting of the Service, it will be necessary for the Client to be over 14 (fourteen) years old.

6. Entry into Force of the General Conditions of Contracting

The General Conditions of Contracting will come into force from the moment the Service request made by the Client is deemed valid. The request made by the Client will be made through the express and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions, acceptance that is considered an essential condition for the provision of the Service contracted by UD LAS PALMAS and which will occur if any of the following events occur: (i) the Service request made through the website; (ii) payment of the corresponding invoice or charge and (iii) any other action that involves the use of the Service by the Client. The request must be deemed valid if all the data of the contracting request have been correctly completed and the Client has accepted these General Conditions.

7. Duration

The provision of the Service will depend on the type of article chosen and the shipping address. In any case, the product will be delivered within a period of 8 to 10 business days from the moment of confirmation of the order if the delivery of the order is made within the Peninsula. In case we do not have stock of the article and we have to order it, UD LAS PALMAS will inform the Client by email that their order will be delayed and the Client may choose to cancel their order without any cost being charged.

8. Fees

UD LAS PALMAS will charge the Client for the provision of the Service the fees that UD LAS PALMAS has in force at all times in its commercial offer, which will be available to the Client on the Website to which the Client adheres when contracting the Service. The current rates, prices, applicable discounts and taxes are broken down according to the products purchased. The variations that may be suffered by the legally chargeable taxes to the Client, which will enter into force on the date legally established, will not be considered modifications of the rates. Within the national territory, the taxes that the Client is legally required to pay will be applied to the rates, without UD LAS PALMAS being obliged to pay any fees, taxes or charges arising from the Client's activity or required by any Official Organization or Professional Association. For these purposes, the Client, among others, is obliged to pay the Value Added Tax (or any other tax of a similar nature that replaces it) corresponding to each concept of the rates.

9. Invoicing and payment methods

UD LAS PALMAS will charge the Client for the provision of the Service, the fees and prices according to the rates and conditions described in these General Conditions and in the current commercial offer on the Website. In accordance with the latest legislative developments, electronic invoices are valid for all purposes, so UD LAS PALMAS will not issue any invoice in paper format. The Client will pay the amounts due for the provision of the Service through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity.

10. Conditions of use of the Service

The Client will use the Service as an end consumer. The Client may purchase the products as they are offered on the Website or, in some cases, may purchase those products with customization. This customization will be requested by the Client and may consist of the printing of letters and/or images on the products.

11. Guarantee and return policy

If the product is not in accordance with the contract and/or the product specifications, the Client has two years to exercise the guarantee, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Likewise, the Client will have a period of seven days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. In these cases, UD LAS PALMAS will refund the purchase money through the same payment method made by the client. As an exception, all those products made according to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned. Those products that are not in good condition and do not retain their original box or packaging cannot be returned either.

The costs of returning the product subject to the Service will be borne by UD LAS PALMAS. The Customer will communicate their intention to return the product to UD LAS PALMAS within the established deadline via email.

12. Termination of the Service

UD LAS PALMAS may immediately terminate the Service and these General Conditions by communicating through the means established in the following condition, in the event that any of the following situations occur, without prejudice to those other situations provided for in these General Conditions:

(1) Cease of activities;

(2) Non-compliance by the Customer with the obligations established in these General Conditions of Contracting;

(3) In cases of force majeure and fortuitous events; In the event that the terms of the enabling title for the provision of the Service are modified, or it is revoked or renounced for any reason, these General Conditions will be immediately terminated, without any compensation to the Customer for the modification, revocation or renunciation of the enabling title or for said termination. If there is any pending Service request that has not yet been sent, UD LAS PALMAS will refund the purchase money through the same payment method made by the Customer.

13. Communications

Any communication that UD LAS PALMAS must make to the Customer that refers to these General Conditions will be made to the address or email indicated by the Customer through the Website. 14. Exclusion of Service Liability

UD LAS PALMAS excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the presence of viruses or the presence of other elements on the Website and the Services that may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents, or files of Users. UD LAS PALMAS excludes any liability for typographical errors related to the price or characteristics of the product. However, in the event of such an error and if the Customer has contracted a Service, UD LAS PALMAS will contact the Customer as soon as it becomes aware of the error to either correct it or offer an equivalent Service to the Customer. UD LAS PALMAS excludes any liability related to the customization of products by the Customer, especially regarding spelling errors, typographical errors, or lack of quality in the image of the photograph.

15. Modifications to the General Conditions of Contracting

These General Conditions of Contracting, including the Service fees, may be modified by UD LAS PALMAS at any time for technical, operational, economic, service, or market reasons, prior communication to the Customer in accordance with current legislation. The Customer accepts that the Service may be modified if legal or regulatory provisions so require, and UD LAS PALMAS will inform them if they are affected.

The current General Conditions of Contracting will always be available through the Website at the bottom and will always be visible from any page of the Website.

16. Privacy Policy

The responsible parties for your data are, where applicable, UNIÓN DEPORTIVA LAS PALMAS, S.A.D. ("Club") and Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional ("LaLiga"). Both parties collaborate in the development and maintenance of the website and will act jointly as co-responsible for the information processed.

With the acceptance of the terms of use, they will provide you with the services and access to LaLiga Ecosystem, an environment created by LaLiga integrated by several applications and websites, both from LaLiga and its subsidiaries, as well as from some affiliated football clubs. In addition, there are the following purposes:

Club: / Send commercial communications about products and services by the Club. / Offer personalized experiences and information based on the profile we create of them. / Own purposes of the club (contacting you, informing you by email, managing curricula and applications, sending newsletters and magazines, managing our contractual, professional, service provision, and activities relationship).

LaLiga: / Send commercial communications about products and services by LaLiga. / Offer personalized experiences and information, as well as evaluate our users to offer them products or services based on the profile we create of them.

To carry out the aforementioned purposes, your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to countries that do not guarantee an equivalent level of protection to that of the European Union. LaLiga will process your data in an aggregated manner to prepare statistics based on the legitimate interest that LaLiga has in improving its campaigns.

The Club and LaLiga may infer data obtained as a result of the use and activity you carry out on the platform. Likewise, the Club, as part of the LaLiga Ecosistema, may receive from LaLiga the aforementioned personal data that have been declared or inferred in other assets under LaLiga's responsibility, provided they belong to that ecosystem.

17. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The User and/or Client contracts with UD LAS PALMAS subject to the regime established by the current Spanish regulations applicable to the Services provided under this Legal Notice and General Conditions of Contracting.

The owners and the User and/or Client, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile for any dispute that may arise from this Legal Notice and General Conditions of Contracting.
