Munir El Haddadi (born on September 1, 1995, in El Escorial) joins UD Las Palmas' project following the agreement reached between both parties. The forward arrives as a free agent to the club to face the 2023/24 season.

He started his career in the youth academy of FC Barcelona, where he coincided with coach García Pimienta during his time in the youth category. In the 2014/15 season, he made his debut with FC Barcelona's first team. After spending two seasons with FC Barcelona, the Spanish-Moroccan striker was loaned to Valencia CF for one season (2016/17) and then to Deportivo Alavés (2017/18). In the 2018/19 season, he signed with Sevilla FC, where he played for four seasons, and last summer, he moved to Getafe CF.
Munir has a remarkable trajectory in La Liga, having played 204 matches and scored 40 goals. The player will undergo a medical examination on Tuesday morning, and then he will join the team's training at Barranco Seco. After the training session, he will be presented to the media at the sports city.
