Luis Carrión: "Few words. What we need to do is win."

Following the loss against Villarreal, Carrión emphasized, "What we need to do is win, we all know that. I understand all kinds of criticism, but what we need to do is stay quiet and win," he added. The coach explained, "The players gave everything, but we were a bit late with our pressing. We're at a point where we don't want to lose, so we end up trying to protect ourselves and arrive late."

"I get the feeling it's too easy for opponents to score against us. We'll have to keep pushing ourselves to improve. We have good defensive options, and we create chances, but we need to stop letting the opposition score so easily," Carrión said. He also assured, "There are collective actions we're not executing well. I will never single out anyone. We'll work to make sure those mistakes don't happen. We need to win now and be mentally strong. We have to attack Celta hard and make sure nothing happens in defense."

"I'm a very positive and strong person, and I will defend my players until the end. We're going to work incredibly hard this week to try to win on Saturday," he concluded.
