Kirian Rodríguez Concepción (Candelaria, 5/3/1996) will remain in yellow until 2026. The midfielder and the yellow team have reached an agreement to extend their contract for the next three seasons.
After his time with Las Palmas Atlético and since joining the first team in the 2018/19 season, Kirian Rodríguez has become a key player in the playing style of UD Las Palmas, with 104 official matches played, 7 goals scored, and over 6,000 minutes on the field.
On August 2, 2022, the yellow player announced his temporary retirement to face a long-term illness and continued preparing for his return to the game. After recovering and receiving medical clearance, Kirian underwent an adaptation process to return to training with the team. The long-awaited and anticipated moment arrived on April 30 when he put on the yellow jersey again to play the league match against Real Zaragoza at La Romareda. In these last three matches, he has become one of the indispensable players in Coach García Pimienta's scheme.
