Here are some of his statements:

"The victory feels like three incredible points, we've had to work really hard. They made very few mistakes and it was almost like a game of chess, requiring a lot of patience."

"The tranquility and belief in what we were doing have been key. It's been a victory of great merit for how it happened. We have 35 points now and we are a bit closer to the objective."

"Let's be realistic, Valencia is a top-level club. It's always tough to win, but from now on it will be even tougher. That patience and order mean that we never lose sight of the game."

"The objective is survival. Until it's mathematically achieved, we won't take it for granted. We've just been promoted to La Liga, we're all newcomers except Sandro and Munir, so we have to be realistic and give credit to this squad."

"Marc has been very sharp in finishing and I had the feeling he was going to score. He scored a goal through persistence, and I'm very happy for him, he's a guy who never gives up."
