Fábio Silva, New Player for UD Las Palmas

The forward will play for UD Las Palmas until the end of the season, following a loan agreement with Wolverhampton.

Fábio Silva (07/19/2002, Portugal) will strengthen the attacking line until June 30, 2025. The Portuguese player joins UD Las Palmas on loan, after an agreement was reached with Wolverhampton and the player. 

Fábio is known for his quality and stride, and his ability to adapt to all attacking positions, making him a forward with a knack for scoring and the mobility to operate effectively in the offensive phase.

The new UD Las Palmas player began his football career with FC Porto and Benfica. In the 2019/20 season, he joined Porto, which later transferred him to Wolverhampton in the 2020/21 season. In recent seasons, he has been loaned to clubs such as RSC Anderlecht, PSV, and Rangers FC.

An international with Portugal's U-21 team, the new yellow striker has over 60 appearances in the Premier League and has also participated in the Eredivisie, Premiership, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, FA Cup, among other competitions. He has also become a champion in several tournaments: Portuguese Champion (FC Porto), Portuguese Cup Champion (FC Porto), Dutch Cup Champion (PSV Eindhoven), and UEFA Youth League Champion (FC Porto).

Fábio Silva has been called up by the Portuguese U-21 national team to play in the 2025 European Championship qualifying match against Croatia, which will take place on September 10, 2024.
