Dinko Horkaš expressed his excitement about this new stage he is beginning with UD Las Palmas. "I've been here for a week, and the treatment has been spectacular. I'm eager to help the team," he said.
These were some of his statements:
"I accept the challenge of taking on an important role as the goalkeeper of UD Las Palmas, and I will give my best to become one of the key players."
"I actually started at Dinamo Zagreb from a young age, but there was a lot of competition, so I had to seek opportunities elsewhere. I went to Bosnia and Croatia and ended up in Bulgaria. I felt I had the qualities to move to a bigger league, and that's why I'm here in Las Palmas."
"I was fortunate at Dinamo to work well with my feet, and I've adapted perfectly to that style of play. I will continue on the same path here."
"I played with Dani Olmo for two seasons. He is a great person and a great footballer, and he is very well-liked in Croatia. I haven't spoken with Halilovic, but I remember his time at Las Palmas and the excitement he created here."
