shown that they want to stay in LaLiga."

Diego Martínez spoke after the match at the José Zorrilla stadium. "Obviously, we wanted to win. Before the red card, the game was exactly where we wanted it to be. After the sending-off, we had to adjust, then we were forced to replace Mika Mármol due to injury, and we finished the game with nine players because Viti couldn't continue," he explained.

Here are some of his key statements:

"Maybe this point could be very important by the end of the season."

"Fábio played much more than the medical staff recommended. We took that risk because of the circumstances of the match."

"These kinds of games are often more difficult for young players. It wouldn’t be fair to single anyone out—Dário brought us other things, and the team has shown they want to stay in LaLiga. It’s frustrating because the game was where we wanted it to be."

"Honestly, I think the team gave everything they had. I believe in this team, and I believe we will achieve our goal. We are fully in the fight, we trust in what we are doing, and now we have to focus on the next match."
