Benito Ramírez spoke in the press conference ahead of the match against Celta de Vigo, which will take place this Saturday at the Estadio Gran Canaria at 5:30 PM. The yellow team player started by saying, "Training sessions have been the same as at the start of preseason. We’re preparing well and working hard, ready for every weekend. We're going to try to turn things around this weekend.”

Here are some of his key statements:

“With Luis Carrión, we have no issues. We've got an amazing coaching staff that works really well day-to-day. We’re happy with them.”

“You won’t see us sitting back and waiting to counter. We stay true to our style of play. We need to stop the opposition's attacks however we can. We’re scoring goals, which is positive, but we need to improve on how many we’re conceding.”

“I’m not sure if it’s anxiety or rushing things, but we need to move past last season a bit. The style of play is a bit different, and there are a lot of new players. Everyone’s in a positive mindset, just looking forward to the weekend.”

“All we’re talking about is good vibes. From the fans to the dressing room, that’s all we need to feel. I ask the fans to keep supporting us. We’re fighting until the last minute, as you can see. The fans are a crucial part of that.”

“We have a healthy squad, with no bad blood. We’ve built that. When things get tough, everyone supports and understands us. That’s down to us. Together, we’ll turn this around, and things will go well.”

“Celta is a good team, with quality players in form right now. I expect an intense match, and we need to make it feel long to avoid what’s been happening to us every weekend. We’ll try to get ahead on the scoreboard because that’s key, especially at home.”
